Baltimore Full of Hope

Inspired and funded by the Marguerite Casey’s Equal Voice campaign, the Choice Program used the “Maria Full of Hope” framework for its inaugural “Youth in Action” community event in 2012. Youth were involved at phases of the development of this video, designing, filming and editing.
